From 2002-2008 While working with the Department of State and United Nations I was tasked with developing a Nationwide Economic Crime Department within all Police Departments, while fighting large scale organized crime elements. The job was hard and dangerous, and in some case terminal for some of my team members. Regardless, we must confront the real problems before the rebuilding process can start.
